AVOID GENERIC COPY:
Like I mentioned before, be as authentic and personal as you can. Be yourself and let your personality show.
Keep it to the point. Short, sweet and to the point can go a long way. It’s good to be personal and mention fun facts about you or your business but you don’t need to blog your entire diary to make a connection with your clients.
KEEP IT BUSINESS ORIENTED:
This point is closely related to the previous one. Don’t forget what your audience is looking for…answers! So make sure that you always come back to business. You can mention about your heart behind your business and why you do what you do but at the end make sure you show your clients how that makes your business better and how this positively impacts the quality of service they will receive from you.
SHOW YOUR VALUES:
Don’t be afraid to your who you are, your vision, your mission and what you believe in through out your copy. People like to be part of a community and they like to support business that share their beliefs and their values. Clients that feel related to your business will come back time again and again.
